Growing and LDC members which have ratified the Settlement are eligible to submit proposals for technical help and capacity-building actions to help their implementation of the Settlement. These fall into two classes: undertaking preparation grants of as much as USD 50,000 for actions reminiscent of research and desires assessments to arrange for implementation of the Settlement, and undertaking grants of as much as USD 300,000 for particular tasks to implement the Settlement.
