The Commerce Treatment Authority of Vietnam has issued Determination 460/QD-BCT on 21 February 2025 to impose the preliminary anti dumping responsibility charges in opposition to Scorching-Rolled Metal (“AD charge”) from China and India. Accordingly, the AD charge solely applies to HRS from China.
